The number of photos you receive depends on your booking duration and the flow of your day. While I don't have a fixed quantity due to varying factors, it typically ranges from 30-50 photos per hour booked. Each image is meticulously hand-edited, ensuring a collection that tells your unique story. I'll be more than happy to share examples of complete galleries upon request.

I will send you a link to your private online album. You can easily download your images in full resolution and share them with your friends and family through this website. This album is available to you for 1 year.

The ideal season for an adventure elopement truly depends on your personal preferences for your special day. It comes down to your vision and comfort level with different weather conditions. When you're ready to book, I'll send the contract and invoice. To secure your date, a 50% retainer is due at the time of contract signing. Once this initial step is completed, we'll dive into the next phases of planning, discussing potential locations, and assisting with any vendor selection you may require.

My goal is to authentically capture the natural flow of your day—real moments, genuine emotions. I blend in, letting your wedding unfold naturally, with minimal direction or posing. Your wedding is a personal story, a celebration of your relationships with loved ones, and I'm here to beautifully document those cherished connections.

Whether you hike in wedding attire depends on your outfit, the hike's difficulty, and your comfort. Comfortable hiking shoes are essential. You can change at the viewpoint, or find a secluded spot for a quick change, especially for first look sessions.

Typically, sessions take 2-3 weeks and weddings take 6-8 weeks. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give the time each and every image needs.

While you might have concerns that less-than-ideal weather could affect the perfection of your photos, rest assured that even under cloudy skies or in the rain, we can create beautiful and one-of-a-kind memories. So, let's embrace the unique atmosphere that the weather brings! However, if conditions become extremely challenging, I am always flexible and happy to reschedule your session. Your peace of mind is my top priority.

Travel fees? No worries! All travel within Banff National Park, Canmore, or Kananaskis is already included in the base price.

I proudly support Parks Canada and hold licenses to operate commercially in most BC and Alberta national parks. If you desire photos in a national park, you'll need a valid park entry pass and may need to complete ceremony applications with Parks Canada (I can assist you). Day passes are available at park entrances. For elopements in national parks outside BC/Alberta, I offer guidance as part of my unlimited consultation service.

Adventure weddings and elopements both celebrate love in the great outdoors. These intimate events prioritize experiences over large guest lists and traditions. In essence, they're intentionally planned, minimalist weddings in stunning locations. We typically refer to weddings with 0-5 guests as "elopements" and those with up to 25 guests as "intimate weddings", but they're all part of the adventure wedding experience.

The contract thoroughly addresses this situation. If I, as your photographer, cannot attend your elopement, I will either arrange for a skilled photographer to capture your day, maintaining my involvement in the editing process. Alternatively, we can discuss rescheduling the elopement to a suitable date. If these options are not viable, a refund will be provided to ensure your satisfaction.

Consider it an opportunity to plan an adventure with your partner! You can get to some pretty crazy locations that might not fit into your wedding day schedule. Engagement shoots help us get comfortable together, so when we meet at your wedding, it's like meeting an old friend, not a stranger. Don't see it as just another photoshoot!
